flickering image on 100fps with the Sony fx6

Hi, my first time posting and was looking for some help.

I shot some footage in 100fps (25p) outside, so natural lightning without any source of artificial light and with a 180 degree shutter angle. It seems that I have come across an issue: the images are flickering a lot.

Maybe I'm overlooking something. I tried it with the same camera settings and circumstances one day later and it was fine without any issue.

Perhaps it's worth mentioning that I also used a 19,5 output D tap power cable to connect with the V mount battery.

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts on this. Thanks!

Hey @Rogier_b

This issue may occur if the shutter speed is too slow compared to the frequency of the ambient light source.

You can try the following:

-Increase the shutter angle to 240 or higher.

-You can also try shooting at slightly higher or lower frame rates to see if this reduces the flicker.

-Make sure the cable is properly connected and not loose.

-Try turning off the image stabilization function: Capture - SteadyShot - Image Stabilization

-Also make sure Flicker Reduction is set to ON: Capture -Flicker Reduce
