To celebrate that Sony’s Hawk Eye goal line technology is being introduced in the new Premier League season, I thought we should have a Sony Community Fantasy Football league!

Do we have any football fans here?

http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ is the link you’ll need. You’ll need to sign up first and then you’ll be able to create your team.

Then each match day you’ll be given points based on clean sheets, goals, etc. You’ll be able to make subs and transfers throughout the season. You can find all the rules here: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/the-scout/

Once your team is created, you’ll be able to join the league.

Cant work something out though.  Im on the same points as Stevies Wonders, yet im in position 5, and SW is in 6.  Shouldnt it be equal 5?

Anyway, yes Jumpy you did well, and the Incredibles did even better !

Oh and while im at it, NO ONE is worth £300,000 per week for 6 years - is this more to do with selling merchandise though?

I wouldn't have thought Bale will be a big merchandise seller. More to do with Bale having time left on his contract and Spurs not having to sell.

Crazy money, though.

I have played my wildcard 

So, do any of you have any big changes planned?

I read somewhere that you also get one extra wildcard that you can only use during the January transfer window.

For me anyhow, no big changes at this time.  However I would like to transfer 1 player (el cheapo 4.5m) but want a £5m player.  Cant borrow money !

If we do get that extra wildcard, good news.

Hardly any 'fantasy' play at all last night in the England match
