Contact Sony not recognising my serial number.

Hi

I have recently won a ps4 in the Sony World Cup promotion.

I have attempted to contact Sony via their online form to request an update on delivery of my Ps4 but the form is not excepting my TV's serial number.

can anyone please help?

Have a look at This thread, there are others that have had problems with this too.

Probably the best answer at the moment is to phone Customer Services.
