Volume indication showed often

Hi everyone, I am Amarjeet Singh from India. I bought e4 dual last year. I am satisfied with it but now it showing me volume indication after every 5,10 minutes, I don't know why. I wanted to exchange this mobile.

try to run xperia diagnostics, to see if the volume keys are constantly triggered.

does this happen when you are on safe mode?

Do you have a case on your phone? If so, it could be touching the buttons.

I have no case on my phone @CameronT and @nolramlm I am searching for the sony's diagnostic. My phone in settings didn't have this. And safe mode function this model also don't have. Thanks for quick replies.. Love you all. Happy new year in advance.

as for xperia diagnostics. go to settings>about phone>Diagnostics

that is weird, it says on the user guide it has diagnostics

Don't get upset, some models don't have pre installed. We have to download from Google play store. Don't worry. Thanks a lot for your help (y)
