Câmara cyber shot H300

Boa noite, preciso de ajuda.

Quando estava a tentar fotografar num ambiente com pouca luz e com zoom , ao pressionar o obturador. Câmara desligava. Alguém sabe porque? Alguém me consegue ajudar ?

Talvez valha a pena fazer um reset à câmara:

Factory Reset:

To restoring Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H300 to it’s factory settings, conform to the following instructions:

• Power on the camera, and select “Menu,” then “Settings.”
• Select “Main Settings,” then “Initialize.”
• Select “OK,” and press the center button on the control wheel.
• Turn off the camera.
• Remove the battery pack.
• Remove the button-sized lithium battery.
• Allow the camera to remain without power for 30 seconds.
• Reinsert the button-sized lithium battery.
• Reinsert the battery pack.
• Turn on the camera.
