I upgraded to OS 10.13.1 last week and since then when I connect my ILCE 5100 to my mac and try to upload photos via Play Memories it keeps saying connect or turn on the camera BUT IT IS CONNECTED AND TURNED ON.
I have downloaded the 10.13 unsupported upgrade but it is still the same problem
The camera is definatly connected as I can upload photos to the Mac photo app from the camera. The problem is I want the RAW images on the camera and these can only be uploaded with Play Memories.
What do I do I bought the camera to use RAW now it seems it was a waste of time/money.
Surely Sony should make the Play Memories software work with the latest Mac operating system - when will this happen!
Am I missing something?
