HX90V - Cannot download Sync to Smartphone

I cannot seem to download the PlayMemories Sync to Smartphone software either directly to the camera of via USB connection on my PC. Camera is recognised by the PC but I get error #201 when trying to download via PC and error #100 when trying top download directly fromthe camera. Helpplease!

Hello - I have the windows software and the camera connects with no problem. It is the sync to smartphone software that will not download to the camera.
