Hi - I have just purchased the above camera but anm unable to download the Sync to Smartphone (or any other) app either via my PC (I get error network error #201) or via the camera (I get error #100). There are no internet connectivity issues and the camara connects to the app store but fails to download the specific app. Help!

did you update your camera to the latest firmware before trying to access the app-store?

Yes I did - it updated when first connected I believe.
