PlayMemories Apps not available in Portugal

HI,

I would like to know if there any specific reason why the PlayMemories apps (like Motion Shot) are not available in Portugal, when this functionality is advertised as one functionality in Sony A6000.

Is there any prevision to be available?

This service will never be available in Portugal!
