The noise canceling function automatedly switches off every 5 minutes, if you are not connected to
another device or a bluetooth.
I have tried the suggestion of putting a jack into the socket to avoid this annoying switching off, that badly
spoils the usefulness of WH-1000XM3 when used in a noisy environment, to no avail.
The APP that putatively may help to solve this problem is still in pre-view at the Apple Store, and cannot be
downloaded nor used at the moment (if of any help).
It is very disappointing that such a sophisticated and expensive headphone set cannot be used properly for its
major purpose. Moreover, such limitation is nowhere to be highlighted in the accompanying datasheet.
