Unable to use ITV Hub, All 4 and My5 on new Bravia TV

BBC Iplayer works fine. As does Netflix and YouTube, Spotify etc

Currys think it is to do with YouView guide.

Cleared caches, factory reset etc

Getting fed up

YouView report that this is a problem for Sony to fix.

 

Try disabling YouView and implementing Hoshsadiq in the mean time.

Sony do not make a 32in Android TV, so yours is probably Linux-based and can use nothing from the Google Android TV App Store 😢

Hey @Euroglyphus,

 

Could you share the model number and software version of your TV? Maybe there's more to this than the Android app suite, could be a network/firewall issue for example.
