Tv angle

Tv angle

Bought a Sony tv recently. Having just had our corner tv stand arrive, the tv is noticeably leaning backwards. Read some info and it says it is an ergonomic design for low set stands. A lot of tv stands aren’t low set, so is there a way around this? The tv is eye level and above on the stand, so the angle aims it above the sofa as opposed to facing directly. Seems like a complete limitation to the tv with no adjustability.

Hi @Luke495   What is the full model number of your TV (it will start with KD)? Without knowing which model you have it is difficult to help. As a generic solution you could look for a VESA table top stand on Amazon etc.

Hi @Luke495   That is a standard table top model which should be standing upright if the stand has been installed correctly. If it is leaning backwards then there is clearly a fault and you should report this to the Retailer or if that is not possible  Sony UK Support

Hello @Luke495,

as you already noticed the TVs stand doesn't allow for adjusting, therefore I would recommend to Wall-mount the TV, since that gives you much higher flexibility in general.

I personally use this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01AYBLPNA/ and I am very satisfied with it. Everything (besides a drill) is included in the package and you can easily mount it and adjust it, since it is a very well thought trough system.
