Sony kd-55x9005c HD channels don’t look high quality.

Hi, I tuned the channels with my antenna cable plugged in. The HD channels just look like normal, why is this?

hiya, thats because the tv is 4k loll, and the hd channels are probably 1080p/1080i or lower, leave sharpness at 50 , turn on reality creation auto  , random noise reduction low , digital noise reduction auto ,go into home, display settings and change display area to full pixel , helps on mine loll
