Is it just me that is having a problem registering my TV on the SONY product registration page? Everytime I put in my TV model number it is nt recognised. Frustrating...

Hi @phillipesleet. What is your model number? Are you putting in the “-“ minus sign?
Similar issue with me too but I can only get as far as the product and then all else is unavailable to click on!
I also registered it fine earlier when purchased but when i visited the website to start a cashback deal it says I have no product registered!!! Thats why I tried registering again.
I have a confirmation email which I have copied and sent to Sony support so hopefully someone will sort this!
Answering my last post. I just loged in and its showing my registered product
Yep, same problem here! Tried numerous ways of quoting the Model name, but all other fields are unavailable.
I am in touch with Sony support as I emailed them when this issue first appeared. I logged in today and its back saying I dont have a product registered
I see other posts querying the registration process wherby folks cant register their products but if you do as I have and you get an email saying you have registered the website still glitches up so hopefully the person I am in touch with will clarify although quite frankly why they cant see the detail of the original email confirmation is a little worrying. I am planning to claim a cashback offer for my tv (KD-55A1) in a day or so and hope this isnt going to cause a problem.
