Anyone had issues with no sound when trying to watch Amazon Prime ?
also had an issue with Netflix the other night where the picture was stuttering and no sound - though this has resolved its self.
any help would be appreciated
What model device are we talking about here? (TV, video player, etc.)
TV Sony Oled KD55A85BU
Have you updated it to the latest firmware, via a USB stick if necessary?
Have you tried a Factory Reset?
After these two steps, does the problem recur?
