I have a KDL-43W807C TV which I purchased on 27th December 2015.
Over the last 3 months it's been rebooting itself regularly but other than an inconvenience I've just ignored that.
Yesterday it's stopped working entirely. When it turns on I get lots of "[service] has stopped working" error messages, e.g. "TV storage has stopped working". The TV then reboots. It's in a reboot cycle like that.
Can anyone help?!

Hi @stevetuk
You need to perform a forced factory reset if you are in Marsmallow(Scenario A):
https://sony-eur-eu-en-web--eur.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/137866/
If you are in Lollipop you need an authorized service center
The vol(-) button is the outer right arrow.

I've tried:
1. Holding down the power button on the remote to restart
2. Unplugging the power at the rear, leaving it for a few minutes, plugging it back in and turning the TV back on again
3. Holding the up arrow on the controller on the rear of the TV, and then turning the TV on.
No luck with any of those things.

Thank you! That seems to have done the trick. I had to try the green LED stage a few times but got there in the end. You are a life (and wallet) saver, thank you!
