Hope someone can help! Have a new Sony OLED TV. If I’m watching bbc on tv but want to start program from the beginning I go to iplayer via the tv shortcut. The program starts but after about 30 seconds the screen goes blank and I can only hear the audio, if I press enter on the handset the picture comes back—but goes again after 30 seconds!
