I can not update through USB

HELLO!!

I´m from Santiago Chile and I found out that this is the new update of Android 8.0, but it still does not appear on my TV, so I downloaded it to do it through a USB flash drive but it does not work, I always get the same error message "Software cannot be updated using this USB device", I have tried with all the ports of TV, different USB, 2.0 and 3.0 and with different capacities. Format the USB in fat32 and reset the TV but still not working.

The model of my TV is 2018  XBR-65X856F

 

Please, Can anyone help??

Firts of all, have you downloaded the Android 8.0 update for your region?

Yes, I downloaded the update corresponding to my region, from here

I tried to format the USB sticks in NTFS and exFAT, but it is always the same and the same error message continues :sweat:
In my region, there is no such forum, so ask here.

Follow the instructions provided in this thread by @dutchice.

 

Format your usb and, please, report back.

Thank you very much for your help. I did everything as the thread says, but unfortunately I feel the same thing happening :cry:
