hands-free voice control

I can not understand why there is no hands-free voice control available on a flagship tv like the XR-65A95L OLED.
Location: Switzerland
With tcl android tvs it is natural.

The XR-65A95L supports voice search as it has a built-in mic. Did you make sure to enable the Mic switch on the TV? https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/kaep2/v1/en/01-08_02.html
