Came to register this product, but could not as it was not listed on your drop down menu. As a big company I would expect this be resolved and the product to be shown on your listing and not having the customer to telephone Sony support to resolve the issue.
I await your response of the product model number to be included for on-line registration.

I'm having the same problem. I got the TV yesterday and when i've come to register it i can't find it.
I also have a 5 year Guarentee but i can't find anywhere to activate/register it

Got mine yesterday and tried registering on my pc and could not click on anything else after entering model name. So today I tried doing it from my mobile and i registered it first time no problem. Perhaps the anti virus on the pc might have had something to do with it as the AV on my phone is different. Hope this helps.
Having the same problem. Tried registering on their website (Apple MacBook laptop and iPhone) - No joy.
Sent email to Sony requesting solution - waiting for their responce.
Probably end up ringing their customer service.
I have the same problem. When I try to register my new TV I can only enter the model number. The other fields cannot be clicked on:
- Did you buy online?
- Country of Purchase?
- Name of Store?
- Purchase Date?
How do Sony expect people to register their items?
What kind of a company is do clueless it cannot make a simple form work?

I just tried to enter the model number on my account and it works. Just make sure to enter the model number without space before or after it and to have the dash as in: KD-55XE8596
