I bought a Sony KD49X8005C at the end of March 2016. the picture is very blue so I contacted Sony support to be told a week later that the backlights need to be replaced but at my expence. if it was 6 to 8 years old yes I would agree but 3 years and 2 months old I would expect a TV to last longer.
Hope you guys out there can help I'm after contact detail foe one of the CEOs the I can but my case to him, I got nowhere with customer services. Ken
