WH-1000Xm3

I have recently bought these earphones and on the higher frequencies there is an audible buzz, is this normal. I don’t get it with my other device’s.

I have now initialised the headphones to default settings and so far so good.

I’ve just played a track which had buzzing yesterday and it is far clearer now.

Earphones? You mean Headphones!

A bit more information would be good.

What are they connected to,?

How are they connected?

Have you updated the firmware to the latest version?

And what are your listening to?

Thank you for your reply

They are connected to my I phone via blue tooth as are my Bose speakers which do not buzz.
they were only bought last week so I assume they are up to date.

At the moment I’m listening to classical and have switched back to my speakers, but the buzz seems to be there with any high end sound.
