SZ 220 vs SZ 1 XP/C

Hello guys:) I need to now the difference between this models. The processors is the same but:
1. SZ1XP/C is with carbon fibre body. What kind of body is SZ 220?
2. The display of the SZ1XP/C is with LED Technology. What kind of the display is sz220?
3. What is the differnce between LCD with LED Technology and XBRITE LCD?

I'd have thought LEd would be better. Would LED not draw less power but yet be brighter on screen? I have the SZ2XP which has the LED tech on it and the carbon fibre top. As far as i know, carbon fibre is strong and resistant to knocks... although the screen being so thin, well I've seen where the screen is cracked but the top hasn o marks
