Problem with Vaio Update

I'm not able to update my Vaio Laptop PC throught Vaio Update any more. The message problem dowloading from FTP appears. Can anyone help me with that?

Could you please inform whether this problem occurs for all available VAIO Update downloads or for just one specific update?
If it only happens for a specific update, which update does it concern?

It unfortunately occurs with every vaio update.

Downloads for this model are working fine, on our side.

Please try again to download the updates.
If it does not work, clear Cache and try again.

Can you please inform us as well what do happens if you attempt to access the download section of the site in place of the Vaio-Update automated link?

When I access the download place and press the dowload button the download doesn't begin. This is probably because a problem with the ftp server. I live in Greece if this helps...
