Which key do I need to press and a when, to access the BIOS settings screen in order to boot my laptop (VGN-AR51E) from a CD?

Press F2 repeatedly when you see the first Vaio Logo splash screen and before Windows loads.

Check the boot order has the DVD/CD-ROM drive above the USB and Hard Disc drives.
