A117S CD burning problem

I have several problem copyng CD at 8 x speed.
Often the following message appears :

Creating Image completed successfully
Burn process started at 8x (1.200 KB/s)

Invalid field in parameter
Could not perform start of Disc-at-once
Burn process failed at 8x (1.200 KB/s)

the same cd are burning correctly whith the same software in a desktop PC.
I am using nero v 6.6 on XP SP2 operating system.:smileycry:

change the option to track that should work

Make sure your files names are not over 256 characters including directories.

Are you using sony cd's? I find they work better with less problems.

Also reinstall your DVDs driver by right clicking My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager.

Then open the DVD tree, right click the drive and click uninstall.

Restart the PC.
