Hey, my z5 worked for about 2months then the signal stopped and it just wont come back, iv tried every single software related fix guide and nothing has worked. I then sent my phone back to sony for repair and iv got a message telling me its "beyond enominical repair"???? The phone was under warrenty when it was recieved by the sony repair center, so surely they have to repair/replace my phone reguardless of the situtation as long as the damage wasnt caused by me?
They have offered for me to pay £300 pounds for an exchanged but seeing as how i can get my phone new for less than £250 what are they offering to send me for £300?
Sorry if iv got the warranty wrong but thats how it normaly works so unless sony are the only company who doesnt work this like sorry for being ignorant
