After many issues with my first Z5 dual , Sony accepted to change it and provide me a new one ; but things were very complicated .Thechnician repaired the phone , despite the fact i sent the agreement that were accepted by Sony and myself.I've waited a long month or more , then when i contacted the assistance , i've been told the smartphone were still being repaired , then they asked if i have sent theagreement .The technician didn't see it .But all documents were annexed to my phone .Afterhood , a long week after i received a smartphone descibed as a new one .The was any bill , it was sent like a repaired one , with the original post box .What wasnew is the nbr IMEI .
It was in last December ; then one month ago i had a big breakdown again , no reaction at all from the phone , the screen was inert all buttons too were out of work ; i tried to initialize but couldn't .Restarting the phone were impossible.
The only way i had was to put off sim card , then put on ...
It was sent to Sony to be repaired ..
After all that i damand to sony to be refunded which was refused ; my phone is not at the top , it's always being functionning bad .
I sent a mail asking for a Bill which is obligatory with the new IMEI , that i could sell my Z5 and finish with all that.
I got a mail reply , where there was any reference to my demand , but only saying like every time , that they were worried to know...and i could send the phone to the repair shop , and they inform it that it will have a special attention ..Really they are always making fun on us...
I am convinced the Z5 Dual is a very bad deal and i won't buy any sony after this...
