hi, i have a z5 compact with android 7.1.1
i have some of my own ringtones (.mp3s) in the folders ringtones, notifications and alarm on the iternal memory (not SD)
i use them for custom ringtones for clock, whatsapp, email, and some special contacts..
so far so good - but in last time, every few days the phone forgets my ringtones and set them back
to standard notification oder unknown rington #55863 (example nr).....
i turn cell off over night, and in the morning afte new start they are lost....?!? 😞
i can see no pattern why or when it resets the tones...?!
anyone an idea whats wrong there...?
