Greetings:
I am a registered user for my Z3 Compact. The Sony website NO LONGER LISTS THE Z3 COMPACT ON ITS DEVICE LIST.
I accessed Z3 Support site from a link provided in the forum.. I was unable to initiate chat support, -- message read Online support not available for the country chosen [United States], please select the country. Drop down list is not populated....no countries appear. The Contact Us link...same issue, no way to access USA contact.
I had a phone number for Xperia Support (thank goodness). They verified thiese issues and have directed me to return the handset to Sony Service for evaluation. Turnaround - 14 Business Days.
This is not what I expected from the Sony Brand.

Unfortunately there has been some issues with the support pages today. Hopefully it will all be solved soon!
