my z5 won't switch on.sent numerous emails to sony.i do everything they ask me to do.send pix.imei number etc.niw they keep asking fir a screen shut.if i knew whst one was.i'd be happy to do it.niw i try & send an email back to them.it won't send.oh & i'm not a robot either ?
