Xperia Z3 Death

Today is my xperia bad day. When I wake up in the morning I try to turn on my Z3 after charging a couple of time on turn off mode. After I turn on my phone only stuck in sony logo for a view of minutes (about 15 minutes). Then I try to turn of use power button, but I cannot switch off my phone. So I try to hold & press up volume & power button together. After that the phone off, then I try to turn on again but no sign from the phone after my times trying it. I tried another way connect to my pc and using PC Companion,but the result only red led appear and the PC cannot detect my phone. After many times I try to find way to turn on my phone but the result my z3 still dead. Is there any suggestions for my problem? Thanks before...sorry for my English

Try putting it on charge for 30 minutes, then press power and volume + until phone vibrates might take a minute, and then let it charge.

Thank you mr. Spivnik for your help, I do all your suggestions but still nothing happen, the I try learn how to repair dead problem for various source from internet, I got one conclusion that I must switch off my phone for many days (about 5 days). After that I try to switch on my phone but still nothing happen, then I try to charge, a miracle happen, my phone want charge. After 100% baterry I try to switch on and  my phone want to turn on. After that I try to repair my phone with pc companion to make sure it never happen again. Thanks everyone for kindly support. Regards
