Hello I just have an issue on my Z2 EVERYTIME I go to settings, apps, forces to close any solution or suggestions? Please help

Hi Sony.

Thank you for the Marshmallow update. After updating my mobile to Android M, battery is getting drained faster even after using battery saving mode. Sometimes I couldn't see some numbers between 100-0 on normal usage itself. Before updating to android M, the battery backup was so good and decent but now it is so disappointing. i hope i need a power bank now.:smileysmileywink:

Other than this everything is working fine and it is really cool.

After updating to marshmallow I've also noticed that battery is draining faster than before. Battery optimization doesn't work at all.

I've also noticed some lag, specially within the dialer. It takes some time to show the contacts names. At first, it only shows the number.

I've noticed, however, some improvement in 4G data connection speed.

I still have same issue on my Z2 after stupid Marshmallow 6.0 the app Settings forces to close all the time, I need to know when the next update its coming?

I am experiencing this problem since i first updated my phone to marshmallow.

i did the Marshmallow software update and then the phone went crazy, it lags too much and freeze for at least 10 or 5 minutes and many times it freezes to a point i can't even lock or unlock the phone, and when i put it on charger for 5 minutes, it freezes completely and i have to shut it down using the red button next to the sim card opening. or pressing volume up and power button.it keeps getting worse till it reaches a point the phone keeps booting automatically for long and when it should boot it goes back to the restarting process from the beginning. at this point i know i have nothing to do else than the factory reset using the software repair

i did factory reset using PC companion and repairing software and it fixes the problem but not more than 3 weeks and same problems start to happen again and this is my 3rd time to repeat the same whole process, i have tested the same problem on safe mode and it keeps happening also on safe mode, i noticed that before the continious restarting phase, it gives me a message that System UI stopped working.

i also did the latest software update hoping it will fix the problem but it is still the same,

now i have nothing to do but to downgrade to previous version which means i have to unlock bootloader and lose any coming official software updates from sony, so please tell me if there is another possible solution or i have to do this step, by the way i noticed many topics in the fourm on the same issue but they all have a dead end with no reply from sony.

so now please tell me what to do as this is a major problem that we expect sony to take seriously, thank you.
