Hi @Emadalden, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear that about this.
Do I understand correctly that your device does not register a headset when you plug it in to your device? If that is correct, do you see any error messages?
If you open up the FM radio application when you have a headset connected to your device, is the message that you should connect a headset to the device and that the cord will be used as the radio antenna? If it is, do you have another headset/headphones that you can connect to your device?
You can also reset the Smart connect application in your device if you go to Settings > Apps > Smart Connect > Storage > Clear data > OK. Then restart your device.
If there is no change, try rebooting your phone in safe mode so we can see if a third party application is the cause of this.
