My cell was left with the black screen and an icon of tools appeared and below a band like those of load of dowload. After that no longer calls, only the dark boot screen where the xperia / Sony logo appears. I downloaded the Sony Companion on my PC, but it does not recognize the phone when connecting USB to proceed with the reinstallation. What should I do?
Meu celular ficou com a tela preta e aparecendo um icone de ferramentas e abaixo uma faixa como essas de carregamento de dowload. Depois disso não liga mais, fica apenas na tela escura de inicialização onde aparece a logo xperia/Sony. Baixei o Sony Companion em meu PC, mas ele não reconhece o celular ao conectar o USB para prosseguir com a reinstalação. O que devo fazer?
