It can be update using PC Companion but takes a lot of attempt(it tooks me more than 10 attempts, may be cable or unstable wifi are factors). I even damage my phone's software but after fixing it by software repair, it automatically updated from jellybean to lollipop. I just updated it this july since bought 2013. lol
