Xperia XZ3+ touch screen problem

Good evening.

When I update my device to version 7.0 the phone when I am occupying an application and a call comes in, after finishing the call the touch screen stops working, I have to press the physical reset button to turn it off and it works, I already tried removing the stamina mode, but it keeps happening.

Al actualizar mi equipo a la versión 7.0 el teléfono cuando estoy ocupando alguna aplicación y entra una llamada,  después de terminar la llamada el touch screen deja de funcionar, debo oprimir el botón físico de reset para que se apague y funcione,  ya probé quitando el modo stamina, pero sigue pasando.

Does your phone has a protective case, film or glass? 

Do you experience the same issue while in >>> safe mode ?
