Xperia privilege , free movies not opening

Have previously used it to view two movies. Now I get a small grey screen overlaid on the opening screen with  'network error ' at the top, and message 40012:deviceidrequired (sic). Only option is 'ok', then nothing... Annoying. Any ideas?

Xperia Movie Privilege app is now replaced by another app called Privilege Plus, are you using the new or old app?
