Worst Experience With Support. Horrible service from Customer care.

Hello everyone,

I have always been a loyal Sony customer: my laptop is from Sony, I have had Sony Xperia Z, Xperia z2, Xperia z3 compact, and the last one is Xperia z5 Premium Duel.

Let's get to the main issue. First, I bought z5 Premium about 7 months ago and 1 month ago, the wifi just kept dropping. I tried Xperia companion to fix the software but nothing happened. I couldn't start the set-up process because the wifi cannot be turned on: a message keeps popping up saying "turning on". The Worst Part is whenever I try to turn the WiFi or Try to run 2/3 apps at a time, the phone freezes for 4-5 seconds and Starts restarting. Even the phone cannot be turned off. I had to wait till the battery fully discharges or use the master reset button to turn it off.

So I contacted the Sony Online support Singapore They told them everything. The Reply Was "Sir, I don't understand the Problem, Can you please contact your nearest Countries Support ??" Then, I Contacted Sony Online Support India. They also were unable to detect the actual problem and suggested me to give it to the nearest service centre. So, I gave the device to Sony Rangs Customer Care in Bangladesh.

What they said was absolutely ridiculous. They said The phone cannot be fixed. I asked what was the problem. They Said "We don't Know"  Imagine that. As I had lost my papers they also refused to accept any warranty for the Phone. 

I will never buy any device from Sony again. I know it won't affect Sony, but I wanted to warn you guys of their unreliable support / after sales warranty.
