Where can I have my device repaired?

Hi

some time ago I found my phone Sony Xperia Z1 Compact in which there was a cracked display, I replaced it but unfortunately still does not work, please inform what could go wrong and whether the repair will be expensive, I will add that the digitizer works but the screen is black 😥

Hi @GS88, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and they will either arrange a repair for you, or inform you of the location of an authorized service centre in your area (if there is one). You can also ask them about an estimate for how much it would cost to repair the device, do note that I can't make any promises that they can give you one, as in most cases the device needs to be examined by a technician beforehand.

If you have any questions regarding warranty, local service routines and consumer laws they will be able to assist you with this as well and give you a more detailed answer than I can as they vary between markets.
