What's new in Build 23.4.A.1.232?

My Z3C just updated (in Thailand) to Build number 23.4.A.1.232, but I don't see any message threads here about it.  What was updated/changed/added with this new build?

Thanks.  So it appears to be only to fix the StageFright exploit and to fix some USSD issue.
