I'm sorry to hear this.

When you connect your device to a PC you need to put it in MTP mode or file transfer mode when asked what you want to use USB for. This option will pop up on your phones display when you connect it to your PC.

If you do not get the option to select MTP mode I recommend that you try connecting your device to a different USB port on your computer. I would also recommend that you try using a different cable and see if you get the same result.

Are you sure you have enabled USB debugging on your phone and installed the driver on your computer? And try to connect it to another computer, or use another USB cable. And then try to reconnect it.

Hope you can solve it ASAP.
