Unable to attach file to message

Anybody else having problems attaching MMS to text messages on the Z5? The menu screen hovers underneath the keyboard but when you minimise the keyboard, it all disappears.
Phone is up to date.

I could not even get into safe mode but I do use clean master and c cleaner so will disable clean master.. C cleaner is a good product

hi, I know this is an old thread but I hope someone can help. I'm having the same issue except I have ran the phone in safe mode and the problem persists. I cannot attach photos or videos to messages via the messaging screen. Does anyone know of another way to fix this?

Are you running any cleanup software? My attachment problem was solved by deleting those apps altogether.

Hi, 

I am running Avast Cleanup, however, I uninstalled this and it still wouldnt work.

I booted the phone in safe mode and still unable to take and attach photos to message.

For some reason it has now started working (I have reinstalled Avast Cleanup), but only for photos - whenever I try to record video it says camera is not available. 

this only happens when i try to open the camera via the messaging app.
