Skärmen på min Xperia Z2 blir svart när jag ringer.
The screen of my Xperia Z2 turns black when I call.

Just to clarify, your screen should go black when you are on a call, when you remove the phone from your ear it should light up again, does the screen stay black when you do this?
Let me know
I am having the same problem.....When I call my screen turns black and won't turn on until the call ends...i have to request the person whom I am talking with to end the call..By watching some YouTube videos I am able to figure out a way, that is during call when I press on the "S" of Sony logo below the earpiece I am able to turn on the screen but that too doesn't work always...this problem is with the proximity sensor but it is a software issue and not the hardware.....And also I read somewhere that this issue can be resolved by resetting it with the Sony pc suite and using the developers menu by dialing "*#*#73.....#*#*" but still couldn't solve it......Even after resetting I could not find the proximity calibration option...please help....i am suffering from last 6 months....
Having to squeeze the area where the proximity sensor is located in order to make it work would more likely indicate a hardware issue with the device rather than software. Squeezing this area would have no effect if the issue was software related.
However, if you would like to rule out software. You can attempt a software repair using Xperia Companion which would resolve the problem should it be software related.
If you have already done this or try it and the problem is still present then I'm afraid this points to hardware and your best bet would be contacting Local support to organize a repair.
Good luck
This.... was remind me when I used Xperia Z D6602 that has a hardware issue I again. But not screen black and light again. It was the caller couldn't hear my voice, but if I press little on the area of earphone, the caller could hear my voice when calling.
