Slow Charging

My phone is charging very very slow. Take 4 hours for 100%.some time charge will come down while charging 

How can I solve this problem

Sorry to hear about that 

Can you confirm if you are charging the phone via a USB connection to a PC for example or if you have it plugged in to a wall socket? 

Also have you tried other cables?

Directly from power socket and tried too much USB.
