I was attempting to repair my phone using PC Companion (software repair), the process seemed to complete okay,
I entered my desired lock PIN, the phone installed 92 apps, etc. At the completion I attempted to enter my phone using the PIN but it doesn't unlock.
I have been searching for answers.
Using software repair seemed to be best using the "My device cannot be detected or started" function. Apparently after switching the phone off, holding the down vol button, and so on. But the process never moves to the next step.
I was on the online chat with Sony but still no good.
Can someone Please help me?
