Recognizes sim but has no service

Utilizo una tarjeta sim normalmente y esta misma mañana se me a caido y se me a roto la pantalla. Ahora pongo la sim en mi sony xperia z2 y me reconoce la sim porque me pide el pin pero a la hora de la verdad me pone que no tiene servicio. He cogido mi sony xperia z2 y lo e restablecido de fabrica pero los problemas siguen... Como podria solucionar este problema. Gracias

Have you tried manually searching for networks and see if you are able to register on your operators network that way? You can do so in Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network operator.

If you still aren't able to get a working network connection, could you try with a different SIM card in the device? If you can borrow one from a friend, family member or a colleague and see if there is any change!
