proximity sensor issue and ambient light sensor issue

Hello , actualy it did happend for me 2 days ago and ı can not fix it , my cencors worked properly 3 days ago and ı just used avira antivirus and after it my cencors doesnt work when i tried the ambient light sensor it says this device not support the function and also promixty switch off how can be possible .I tried comparion and factory reset and it did not work . My device not rooted and etc. Sorry for my bad english.

Why none of xperia support team say anything about this problem .

If the service tests failed and software repair didn't fix it, then this might indicate a hardware failure. Try to contact your Local support and schedule an appointment for inspection.
