Problem with Phone APP

Hi, I have a problem with the Phone APP on my xperia Z1 (C6903, 4.4.2, 14.3.A.0.757 Central Europe). When I input a phone number on the screen to make a call, the green "call" button is not present and it is not possible to initiate the call. This happens only in vertical orientation. In landscape mode there is no problem, the "call" button is there. Can anybody help me? Is it a bug? Thanks

Try settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data.Restart the device.

I experienced something similar with messaging app. I could not paste some text I had copied and see the relevant contact names to show up as I was typing a contact name, in normal view but worked when screen was tilted to a vertical view. Strange!
