Have you recently updated your device? Perhaps Android 7.1.1?
Or does it happen often?

I recommend you try boot in safe mode so you can see if any of the application  you´ve installed is causing the problem.
Otherwise, try repairing the phone with Xperia Companion.

Das Problem habe ich ständig...Jede Anwendung WhatsApp, Facebook, auch ohne aktuelle Benutzung wird es heiß, Anwendungen ruckeln dann oder es reagiert zeitverzögert - zur Reparatur war es schon - nichts gefunden :-((((... Das Telefon ist das schlechteste,was ich je hatte
